
Dynamic BDC offers a turnkey solution for handling Internet leads on behalf of Dealerships. Our team of highly trained associates utilizes best practices, world class phone skills and a disciplined process to respond to Internet leads and turn them into appointments.
Once a Dealer completes the enrollment forms, we submit a request to the Manufacturer to forward the Internet leads to our certified ILM tool. We will be responding to the leads from our certified tool that continues to track metrics for each Manufacturer.
