Enrollment Process

Step 1

Once a Dealer completes the enrollment forms, we submit a request to the Manufacturer to forward the Internet leads to our certified ILM tool.  We will be responding to the leads from our certified tool that continues to track metrics for each Manufacturer.

Step 2

A conference call is set up with the Dealer to review the following:

  • Point of contact(s) at the Dealership
  • Appointment/Hot Lead notifications
  • Overview of the Internet process being handled by Dynamic
  • Reports that will be forwarded to the Dealership
  • Best Practices for Appointments/Hot Leads
  • Specific points for customization of email templates

Step 3

Once we confirm that all leads are being forwarded to the Call Center, we will notify the Dealership that we are handling the leads
