Dan Halfman

Dan Halfman started Marcom technologies in 1986 and was the first in the auto industry to record incoming sales calls and coach sales associates accordingly.  After selling his business to Pat Ryan in 1991, he served as President of Ryan Dealer Group International and Intercept, the first Inbound Call Center in the automotive industry. Intercept handled millions of sales calls for Dealers throughout the United States and it was during this time that Halfman studied and perfected the words and phrases that yield such positive results today.

Bert Boeckman

Bert Boeckman’s name is synonymous with quality and results!  He has served as President of Galpin Automotive Group for 52 years and during this time he has utilized his expertise and attention to quality to remain the number one Ford Dealer in the World for the past 18 years.

Harry Cohen

Harry Cohen Ph.D has been working with thousands of Automotive Dealers since 1995 when he ran a program for Dealership management teams (XL2000) that focused on creating world class performance in every aspect of the Dealer’s business. As a believer in doing what is right and doing what works, Harry has been sharing best practices with Dealers ever since.

Katie Barnes has been working on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Dealership operations for over 15 years.  For the past nine years her consulting practice is focused on helping Dealerships improve Internet processes, implement and manage Business Development Centers and improve phone skills for both sales and service personnel.   Her unique ability is her skill in working with Dealerships of all size to get results quickly.

Chris Halfman

Chris Halfman began his automotive career 18 years ago working with a large Midwest media/communications company working on online automotive advertising.  Since that time he has focused on web based applications related to customer call centers and the processes to facilitate, track, improve, and maintain automotive industry best practices in sales, service and finance.
